We recently upgraded our photo management tools to make your Studio experience better.
We also announced an upcoming change to our photo storage policy. This message is to inform you that we have delayed the implementation of this policy. The policy will now go into effect on October 10, 2012.
BEFORE OCTOBER 10 we encourage you to:
Make sure your account is active.
If you have reached or exceeded your free photo storage limit, either increase your storage allowance or decrease the photos you're storing by October 10.
BEGINNING TODAY:
Additional photo storage is available to purchase at the reasonable cost of $12.50 (or 25 publishing points) per year for each 5 GB block--that's just three cents each day to keep hundreds more of your precious photos stored securely online. To easily check your photo storage and purchase additional storage, go to your Heritage Makers "my account" page and scroll down. Purchasing extra storage is a great way to use publishing points that are expiring soon.
In the next several days, we will begin sending email messages to all accounts that are inactive and/or over free photo storage limits inviting them to:
Make accounts active.
Increase photo storage allowances (via account upgrade or storage purchase) or decrease amount of photos in account.
ON OCTOBER 10:
Accounts that are inactive OR that exceed free photo storage limits will be subject to photo deletion.*
Photos cannot be uploaded into accounts that have reached free photo storage limits.
*PLEASE NOTE:
The company will NEVER delete photos from customers' accounts without first attempting to contact them via their email accounts on file with messages as explained above.
As a reminder, here is our new photo storage policy:
